Food and liquor licensing
Shiome Sushi holds a City of Philadelphia food establishment license and a Pennsylvania liquor license for on-site sales. License numbers are available on request. Sake, beer and wine are served only to adults 21 and older.
Raw fish and allergens
Consuming raw or undercooked fish and shellfish may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Our kitchen handles fish, shellfish, soy, wheat, sesame and eggs, so we cannot promise any dish is free of traces.
